In an elevated and privileged part of the appellation, the 55-hectare estate contains around 52 hectares of vines, the majority of which are classified as Costières de Nîmes AOP, with IGP Pays d'Oc.

Production exceeds 27,000 bottles for the beginning of 2025, but it is increasing as more important markets are negotiated. In IGP Pays d'OC (Gris, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Grenache Rose), in AOP Costières de Nîmes (Rose, White, Red) and in VSIG Moelleux Sorelli. The IGP d'Oc is also marketed in 5/10l BIBs. A quantity of the harvest is also managed by the cooperative winery.

The majority of the wines are sold to restaurants, bars and outlets, but a tasting and sales point will be opened at the Estate this year.There is a winemaking cellar of approximately 400m2 comprising 38 vats, two presses and other production equipment.

This building houses the storage area as well as the sales and tasting cellar.A large open barn of 680 m2 houses the agricultural equipment and vehicles. This building includes a closed mechanical workshop of 100 m2.A second business is based in the reception hall, which is also diversified by an events business, namely a reception hall nestled in the heart of the winery.A 250m2 indoor hall plus 140m2 of covered terraces plus 1 HA of gardens and a dedicated car park.
